First, off the Australian Government Agency in charge
of exportation of horses needs to be notified the
conditions this "AGENT" exports these horses to.  

Second, do we know who the "AGENT" is?  He has to have
a license to export horses.  Also, AHA can be notified
of the conditions he sends horses to and refuse to
give him the 'export documentation' required to export
an Arabian.  

Dear Lord in Heaven...this is just AWFUL!

As far as flying a kite...Dr. Nik, you should be
ashamed of yourself!  This cruelty of the worst kind. 
Because YOU KNOW what these horses are going to!
