I would reckon, but don't have a clue, that it may
have something to do with the added time on the LD. Following OD Rules VS
AERC Rules and which rules AERC is going to allow. If AERC rules are used
there would be 2 completions out of 75 or so. If OD rules are used there'd
be about a 50% completiion ratio.
If there was EVER a day that mitigating
circumstances would allow an extention of time that would have been the day
because of the heat and humidity.
