[RC] Trail Politics--Am. Horse Council Presentation to National Recreation Forum - Linda Marins

On April 30th, the American Horse Council presented the following position 
paper at the
National Recreation Forum in Washington, D.C.:

I think it is pretty good.  Lots better than what has usually come out of AHC 
in the past.
