RE: [RC] FEI rules - Smith, Dave

Would somebody explain what a "Formula One Finish" is?  Also, if you
know, please explain what is meant by the term an "appendix" Arab,
Quarter Horse or other breed.  Just curious, is all. -- Dave

It looks like a "done deal." The FEI was talking about this type of 
finish as far back as 2001 in Vermont. I suspect we will see it for 
championship races. When this happens endurance at the international 
level will have absolutely zero in common with AERC endurance.
