The Antelope
Base Camp will be a far better base camp than down on the hot dry flats.
The entire trail will be on non wilderness FS land and a 2 loop trail will
make the entire logistics of the ride much more rider/crew friendly and the Big
Horn will remain the great challenge that it has always been. I hope that
everyone will recognize that rides that have been around along time are bound to
run into snags at some time or other, trails change, camps have to be moved,
private land owners and FS personal change hands. Stuff happens and it
sometimes just can't be helped. The BH ride has very little help and so
changing the trail and Base camp will make it once again a great ride and better
