[RC] Does Anybody Know - k s swigart

Does anybody know the outcome (if there ever was one) of the appeal
filed in the Swiss Federal Supreme Court over the CAS ruling regarding
the 2005 (I think) WEC in the UAE where the UAE first place rider was
disqualified for a positive drug test?

Tom Sites and I have a bet going on it, and more than a year has passed
since our bet (which was our time line for determining who wins).

Did the court hear the appeal?  Refuse to hear the appeal?  Or is it
still pending?

Does anybody know how to find out?
