And it I agree, its an great way to feel like you're doing something meaningful to help the environment. Using energy efficient lightbulbs and maintaining tire pressure just doesn't give me the same boost!
If we all just receycled aluminum cans and cardboard, just think of how much waste we could prevent from filling land fills!

I have a large garbage can for each type and about every month or six weeks, I drive a pickup load to the local landfill and recycling center...newspapers, cardboard, magazines, office paper, tin, aluminum, plastics, plastic bags, scrap metal...all go.
