We were talking about that the other day because my grandson gets off work
at 2:00 in the afternoon and has to ride after work.  Even in Oregon, it can
be pretty warm in the late afternoon.  When we were farming  vegetable
crops, we used to dump our shirts in cold water and put them back on.  It
worked quite well for low tech.
