[RC] To Finish Is To Win - Elinore Tonsor

As I understand it, UMECRA - The Upper Midwest Endurance and Competitive Rides 
Association - was founded at least one year before AERC.  The "To Finish is to 
Win" came from UMECRA, or at least was a motto for distance riding in general 
before AERC was formed, and possibly before UMECRA was formed.  I don't think 
AERC has a claim to it.  I've always thought of it as a distance riding moto - 
not an endurance riding motto.
