When did this change take place? My
first experience with it was at Biltmore... I didn't think anything of it
because I thought it was just something that was peculiar to Biltmore because it
was a "more serious" type of ride. Now I see that OD had the same
procedure.

That is a just plain stupid policy and not one to assist the horses,
which I THOUGHT was supposed to be of primary importance. Shall I gather from
this email that this is yet another idiotic idea from another group whose
goals are NOT THE SAME as AERC's? S
