Great post Bruce, thanks!

#2 means to me that you are the impact you have on other's lives, not what 
you do. The impact you have on other's lives goes on indefinitely, not just 
the moment you do a kind thing, or are just there to listen. They are 
impacted, remember, and it likely impacts how they are for others in their 
lives..kind of a "pay it forward" mentality.

Like the wayward chiropractor who is making a mad dash to the bathroom early 
in the morning, yet takes a few minutes to "Give" to two lady riders who 
will always remember his kindness.
