I researched horse trailer tie systems last year and decided that  
HiTies were the best choice. So as a Christmas present to myself I  
ordered the complete HiTie system in December. Well it is now six  
months later and I have still not received the  bungee attachment for  
my HiTie. I continue to contact them monthly and am always told that  
they are on "back-order" and will be in sometime (??) and that I  
could use a rope instead if I wanted to. But that is not what I paid  
for or wanted to do. Very frustrating and terrible customer service  
in my opinion!
SO just a word of caution to those who are thinking of ordering this  
system.
