I love the Arbee Ice Boots , easy to use and they cool the legs perfectly . 
I don't have a freezer in my LQ so just take along a smaller cooler of ice 
only and it lasts for up to 7 days in my cooler . You just velcro the boots 
on , fill with ice , velcro the top and then pour some water over the ice to 
make the cooling faster, they really work nice .
