[RC] Sharing trails in there own words (Mt Bikers, some not all I hope) - Steven ProeHi Folks;
A horseman/riders we have a higher Right to Use Trails that are in existance as a "User Group".
If any other group that does not have the same rights that we have and there is a conflict between "User Groups" the older User Group rights must be protected by State and Federal agencies.
The link below will give you a insite of what some of the Mt. Bike community have posted on the web re: the trails in and near Oroville, CA..
For those of us that continue to give our rights away, this link maybe a eye opener, as these events and statements have already occurred.
My opinion is if new user groups wish to use a AREA, they should have trails built for their use at least on single track areas of trail.
It is stated that the CA. State Parks is apparently a very trustworthy agency in this paticular case and others that I am aware of.
