[RC] Parelli and relationships with our horses - Kristi SchaafDolores wrote: You can't do the tests without building the relationship. Just like you don't need a church to find God, you don't need Parelli stuff to find the relationship. Endurance riders know this because they are out riding outside on the trail with God on Sunday mornings with the relationship they've built with their horses - priceless :) _______________________ Dolores, maybe you don't need the Parelli stuff to find the relationship, but "I" did once I had a horse that I didn't know how to communicate with. I had the LOVE, but until I learned LOVE LANGUAGE LEADERSHIP in equal doses, this very challenging horse was a time bomb. I had ridden plenty of happy miles in partnership with another horse and thought I knew what I was doing, but this other horse proved me wrong. Yes, endurance riders have a step up on many other types of riders when it comes to a relationship with their horse, but you're kidding yourself if you think they all have GOOD relationships with them; I've seen plenty of quite the opposite at rides. Kristi Life's a journey, so enjoy the ride (and try not to fall off) __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!? Tired of spam? Yahoo!
