This is not true. In our state you have to go through a very lengthy process to get a restraining order. There has to be proof of threat on your life. And it is very difficult to do that.
Once you have had an altercation, whether just verbal or physical, in most States you can get an injunction or restraining order. Little validation is needed to bar someone from your own personal property. If the ride is hosted on your property if they attended they would be arrested for violating a court order. You would not be denying them entry. Let them enter and pay nonrefundable ride fees befor you have them arrested.
