Janelle: I used RUMBER, about 12 years ago - www.rumber.com/ Made from recycled car tires, it is 2 x 6 T&G, indestructible. Google search for additional info. It is slick so I overlaid it with 3/8 inch rubber mat. I wouldn't use plywood.? Floyd Reid
