[RC] Black Hills ride - Randy or Cheryl Winter

Once again Paschal and Deb Karl have put on the Black Hills ride in South
Dakota, and once again it was superb.  It is by far one of the best marked,
well managed rides that is going on.  The labor of love and effort that they
have put of themselves into it never goes unappreciated.  The shocker for
all of us the first awards night was that on the 25th anniversary of this
ride they have made the painful decision to stop putting it on.  Many
reasons, and those of us who have been going for many years let out a
collective gasp and then tears.  I personally want to thank Deb and Paschal
for making this great ride possible and for the memories that it gave us
all.  It will be greatly missed......
