[RC] swollen hock question - GP at the Fish Creek House

greetings all... My thoughbred mare's had a swollen left hock. Turns out (amen) tis just a strain and the swelling has gone down ALOT

As an ultra runner, i know a modicum of exercise is good to keep things moving and circulation. Should I wait til the swelling disappears completely before riding her or take her out ez?
