Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

Out west there are certification programs where the hay is inspected. I 
don't know of any such program in FL. Better contact the land manager to 
see what they mean and where you need to buy the hay. Hopefully they 
haven't put in a requirement without any way of satisfying it. BTW where 
is the riding area?
