I wonder how UAE horses and riders would fare under the circumstance s " .Well ,they may likely breach the new CoC ,but not much more ,otherwise Bidong Beach will be littered with iv bottles,as my good friend and colleague Peter Toft from Down Under put it in more definite language .FEI has been here since DAY 1 in 1998 ,you are just a newcomer here until the Edaran invitation some 2 years ago .It was a cheeky invitation on my part then as we were peeved off by the new CoC then at 12 kph .We were interested to join the world community in endurance even then but have to prequalify elsewhere.Prequalify we did but at much cost to local development of the sport .I did not foresee this 'slam dunk 'of 15 kph coming then .Our only consolation and fervent hope now is that the FEI Endurance Chairman and his Committee may have just suffered from temporary insanity and once they get over it things will get back to normal .I do not think there is money politics involved in this decision .Another cheeky thought .
