I recently attended a meeting at one of the local horse clubs where 
they had > a Washington State Trooper speak to the group.  One thing

that 

really stuck > in my mind was that he said when you start hauling other

peoples 

horses > everything changes.  You're then considered commercial and the

rules 

are > different.  It affects your auto insurance also.  


I was told that so long as  you don't charge for hauling it's not a
problem. I only haul with personal friends anyway.
