This idea sounds much more reasonable to me than only 30 min for
completion vetting, although it till doesn’t seem like the facts are
there to support a need for any change at this time. Maybe a study should be
done in 2007 to show whether this change is needed or not.

Any comments other than my own regarding Diane's suggestion that the HR
be down within 30 min. however the horse has 60
min. from completion to vet through? Seems like it could
accomplish what both individual rules do not!
