[RC] Getting out Burrs from tails & mane - Donna CossWhat works very well and is inexpensive is the "PAM" type cooking sprays. They are in aerosol cans, ingredients are non-toxic and I believe they are lecithinbased so this is a natural product. Soak the burrs liberally and allow to really soak in and begin picking them out. Even though it seems you are using a lot of product, it just absorbs into the hair and the next day, you cannot even see where it has been. Some folks like WD-40 but I hate anything like this that is petroleum based or even fish oil based. The cooking spray is cheap, easy to work with and doesn't have a noxious odor. www.shagyasport.com =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
