I'm curious why they are doing
this? Do they think it will weed out the "less fit".
What's more likely to happen is
that those that are "marginal" that have been able to get by so far will have to
speed up and push those marginal horses and possibly push them over the edge. Or
they may get by with it once and think they can do it again and end up crashing
when they try again. I don't think this is a beneficial
decision.

Are they going to add a "U" to the letters FEI?

Does this mean no horse from Malaysia will get their COC for
their own event? Will they have to ship them somewhere with a faster
course to get it? Will that time requirement be in effect at
Biltmore?
