Re: [RC] [RC] [RC] Questions For Trainers - Ranelle RubinYes, Ed, I agree..I took a lesson once and was given advice to use small english spurs on a horse, mainly as an extension of my heel as he was VERY tall, and my leg just did not bend enough to reach his sides..and it was just enough to encourage him in his "untraining"..that is why I said very few..I am not against spurs themselves, just the way some trainers use them!This guy used big "cowboy spurs" and obviously did not know how to properly use them!
