[RC] Natural v un-natural - k s swigartTerra said: As to Natural vs un-natural ..... I am a Thai yoga massage therapist, I have studied herbs. And the one thing that I will say to anyone, is THINK before using anything. There are risks to it all, and there are benefits to it all. If you want to "go natural" use what works but don't throw the foal out with the bath water just because you hear that something is "bad". Think, think, think. Alternatively, you can ignore the distinction "natural" or "un-natural" or "synthetic" or "green" or whatever, and just use what works best (taking into consideration all of the effects and side effects) no matter which, if any of these words, the manufacturer, advertiser, promoter, or whatever chooses to use to describe it. These distinctions CAN safely be ignored, because (even if they were properly defined) they tell you absolutely nothing about the relative effects or side effects that any substance or practice may have. kat Orange County, Calif. :) =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
