Who on earth would imagine that the number wouldn't be on the window sticker? I assumed it was there, and it wasn't. I went to my friend's house and visited their website, and it wasn't there either. It was late on a Sunday night so there was nobody answering their sales phone number. I did NOT have the money for a locksmith so my friend's husband got into the truck by prying open the back window. He broke the latch doing it. Later when I called USRider to complain about the number not being on the window sticker, they told me I should have KNOWN to call the locksmith and then submit the bill to USRider for reimbursement. They would not, however, reimburse me for the broken latch. The reason they gave for the phone number only being on the membership card is that they didn't want anyone who was not a member to call for assistance. That is the dumbest reason I've ever heard of! They already ask for a membership number when you call, and if you don't know it they verify who you are using other information. I still have a membership, but now the number is written on a sticky note and stuck to my window under the USRider sticker.
