I have looked at the laws in Tx and it is a class C misdemeanor,
or a class b misdemeanor if they’ve been convicted of it before. It IS against
the law to sell a horse without a negative coggins. So, the guy is trying to
break the law…Seems to me that he should be reported to someone.

maybe texas has such rules, but in kansas it's not aginst the law to sell a
hrose without a neg coggins. You just have to have the coggins to get across
state lines
