[RC] OT at Vet 1 (was: Main Divide 3) - k s swigart

Actually, the other 10 riders all got to vet 1 within 40 minutes of each
other (and to vet 2 as well, btw). Melanie was almost 2 hours behind the
first riders.  That is why she missed the cut off.
