Hmm.  I remember when Truman, 10 years ago or so, was one of the more
enthusiastic supporters of international endurance competition.  How
awful things must have become for even top-rank competitors to now
advocate a complete washing of the hands for the sake of the sport's
soul.

I'll toss that little nasty piece of business into this discussion
that the Golden Rule types always end up trying to throw in the
face of the moderate participants in the sport they seek to usurp...
