Re: [RC] [RC] Still don't get it - KarenAt one point months ago I suggested that a particular vendor might not be on the up and up and that situation has been corrected. If somebody is selling something for way below retail, there very well could be a reason for it - I was trying to protect anybody from potentially getting ripped off based on other complaints we had been receiving. Aside from those very rare instances, EasyCare does not complain about anybody else selling their products. As far as sizing goes - part of why I thought we should go to the AERC convention and bring a horse was to help show people how to fit the boots. A good many people have difficulty measuring their horses hooves correctly, or knowing if the boots fit correctly. It helps to see that in person. Over the phone it is more difficult, no matter how well a customer service person tries to help they can only do so much if the measurements are not correct. Even if the measurements are correct that doesn't always guarantee a perfect fit. In my own case, Chief measures for a size 2 boot perfectly. But, size 1's are what I use on him - horses don't read size charts apparently (at least, mine doesn't).
