That is why Joni and I rode it last year....we wanted to do the "real OD trail"....and we did get to cross the riving twice during the ride, the last time in the dark.  We'll be there again this year, but as stated, it will be the last time to see Sherman's....and I want to see it in the daylight.  Joni said it was "nothing" at the NC.
