Re: [RC] [RC] Shoes for the Rider - AprilThanks for the replies so far. Angie, thanks for the thoughts on riding better. I'll try some of that next time I ride. Simply wearing running shoes is not an option for me. I have to have ankle support. However, has anybody used any kind of athletic ankle support separate from their shoes? I can talk to my doctor about getting a properly-fitted support and then find shoes that are comfortable as well and have more choices on shoes that don't have to come up over my ankle.
