Re: [RC] OT-Horse barn with Apartment/living quarters - Jackie HardinI've got a house/barn under one roof. There is a breezeway separating the two. I have two stalls and two tack rooms. The house is 3 bedroom (approx 1500 square feet living space). It meets all codes. Don't think our county in FL has restrictions if zoned agricultural. Didn't have problems getting insurance. ( I do have a dog/horse liability exclusion though). By the way, it is for sale if anyone is interested :) Jackie
