First off, he could not drag the goat back over the 5-foot fence enclosing the goats. He jumped in, broke the goat's neck, but hadn't the strength or experience to get it over the fence to the outside. When he came back the second time, he just ate part of it right in the pen with all the other goats.There certainly are plenty of deer, said to be their favorite food, to keep any lion happy around here.
