I love my volunteer work from flagging trails to meal prep to start time lists and traffic control through clean up--and a lot of it is right at the elbow of RM. There is so much work! Volunteering is so important--there is not enough money made at the rides I volunteer for (where I am privvy to those details) to come close to 'paying' for the work we do for the love of the sport!
