"My husband and I recently sat down with our attorney to draft our will... yes, we should have done it years ago, but hadn't gotten to it. :S Anyway, after we had taken care of the children and farm assets, I told him I wanted my horses provided for as well. I had already located two people with the finances and facilities to take them in. The attorney looked at me like I was nuts, but he did as I asked. It only takes a few minutes to make sure your horses will be safe no matter what happens to you.
