Re: [RC] Aches and Pains - Chris Paushere here, thanks Dr. Q.
I visit my chiro regularly, and unfortunatley, visit the PT too often because I seem to have a propensity to get hurt. But I have learned if I take care of it and not just ignore the ache or pain,
I get better.
I do take a good glucosamine, chondroitin, msm supplement. Also take a good multi vitamin, extra C and calcium-mag
My orthopedist has kept me going with an annual series of Synvisc in my bad knee. We switched to a new drug similar to Synvisc, called Suparts. Less negative reaction and quicker benefit. Keeps that joint lubed and I can keep riding. It's been 4 years since another orthopd told me to get a knee replacement asap. And I'm still going.
I don't mind this getting older stuff, but I sure wish it didn't hurt so much, LOL
