RE: [RC] [RC] equine emergency kit - Ranelle RubinNancy,I keep all my horse emergency stuff in my trailer at all times organized in plastic drawers: Cotton disposable wraps Cotton wraps vet wrap track wraps non-stick pads to put over "oozy" wounds before dressing stretch guaze for those tough to bandage areas bute Schreiner's Betadine (I like to have it in a spray bottle so it is easier to flush a wound with) Furazon paste SWAT (dab around a wound and the flies stay off) Aloe wound cream Ice Tight/Paper bags Opthalmic cream (get from vet) Instant Ice pack Sore No More Gel (Arnica) FLASHLIGHT! This is always with me, and easy to take into another trailer if I go with someone else!
