The minutes referred to other documents which were presented to the board as 
well as specific reference to an audit-able audio track. Are the audio archives 
still there (as well as the referenced documents?)

that aside, just a simple summary of what this was all about would be 
interesting. there are still 4 members of the board (and a few of the 
voting/abstaining board members at the time are around too. They may have the 
board package.

issue to find the issue and post the protest to the list.
