[RC] Ride calendar - Michael Maul

With reference to the Derby Dash dates and flyer being from 2006 - the default way the calendar works is that it picks up info from the previous time the ride was sanctioned.

This is particularly useful for things like ridecamp coordinates so I don't have to re-enter them every year.

Unfortunately - this means that last year's flyer/entry may be listed.

In the future - I'll try to delete them but in case I don't - the format is always

200xRide_name_or_Initials.pdf

The 2006 will indicate it was last seasons.
