I know that Country Vet pulled Bimectrin for awhile, but I know
I received some information that was on a lab letterhead saying
they had independently tested it. They said that it was fine. I
sent a previous email with the alleged lot numbers on it in the
last two weeks. So you could look for that post and see what
the alleged lot numbers were.  I guess I would have asked to
talk to the persons supervisor.  I don't know if it was an emaill "hoax" or 
not.  I guess I would try a google search for
bimectrin/lab results or something. You could also try the
snopes site (urban legands) and see if it was on that. Or 
call the company directly if the information is on the box.
Just some thoughts.
