It (getting two versions) is a malady shared by those who post often. Lurkers 
don't see this:)

It's encouraged to "replyToAll" if the answer will be beneficial to others. A 
simple "ReplyTo:" will send only to the original Poster (or guest@xxxxxxxxxxxxx 
and you will be sent a message with reply instructions:) 

Alternatively, we could have the default for the list be "replyToList" -- but 
that has proven to be inappropriate for the inadvertant private message that 
goes t o the list is often of more significant impact that the inavertant 
private reply that misses the list.

Of course, we could all just do a "replyToAll", and then edit the appropriate 
To fields of the message, and we could also ALWAYS:) not just by default copy 
the entire message contents BACK to the list - but rather Edit the echo to be 
appropriate to your reply.
