I remember talking to Jerry on the trail-he was always so nice! He always 
looked so healthy and tanned in his shorts..He really made an impression on me! 
I cant even imagine what you are going through and  I hope you are doing okay.  
I have thought about you often and everything that you went through coming up 
on Jerry after the accident. I'm just so glad that you were there with him.  I 
wanted to let you know that I picked up a will set for Chris and I and also a 
medical directive today. After I finished my online class I started on them..I 
had to take a break and popped on RC... How funny that you posted this today!! 
what great advice you have given us all.

I miss the switchbacks on Mt. Isreal and the beautiful view of the Ocean and 
Mt. Palomar on a clear day... what a great training ground!  I hope you get to 
ride soon-make sure you go back to the physician and remember to take care of 
yourself during this sad time.  Your health is very important!  I just wanted 
to tell you that we all love you very much and we are your other family!
