I was at an expo a while ago and a gal had me try her
cooling product. I don’t recall the name of the product but it sounds
similar to what I read about equi n ice wraps. On my own arm, I didn’t
find the product comfortable. It felt almost like an extremely intense menthol
cooling. I was comparing it to products I sell and have used on myself
(Extend-A-Cool and MacKinnon IceHorse). It also seemed that with the product
she showed a person had to keep buying parts to make their system work. I was
concerned if I was someplace where I couldn’t get replacement components
(there was some type of liquid to re-charge the system), then I would be out of
luck. I much prefer knowing that I can toss an insert in the freezer and it’ll
be ready for me (with IceHorse) or I can peel a piece of plastic off with no
added components needed and the heat removal begins (with Extend-A-Cool).

Wonder if anyone has used them or
has an opinion on them. Saw them a our local "horse supply wal-mart"
and was intrigued.
