Re: [RC] Swing Bridge Tevis and don't forget the water stop - Steven ProeHi Folks, and a Happy Happy and lucky New Year.
The Swing Bridge on Tevis "can" get very "Swaying prone" as Ranelle has stated, and remember that just before the Swing bridge tere is a little trail that leads to the water that flow's under the swinging bridge. This is a excellent opportunity to cool out you and your stead for the climb's ahead andto recover from the ealier parts of the ride. Either training or for REAL, for what it's worth as heat isone of the greatest contributors in keeping the Stead's healthy, sound and ready to Finish.
Just my take on this location.
Happy Happy

It does not swing "that much" as it has huge cables..just as long as there is only one horse at a time on it....we ride there to train..this year, I shall be coming the other direction for Tevis..let the Tevis Gods look favorably on us..please...!
