RE: [RC] Silver Star frame/bracing... what gives?!?!? - Mike LewisThank you, David. Good information--I've been looking into this, myself. I certainly wish that LQ "kits" were available. It just isn't worth $10,000+ to have someone else install living quarters, when all it would really take is a "how-to" guide, lots of patience, some time, and very little else. If I could install LQ that were on par with what the "pros" install, parts-wise, for about half the cost, I'd order today!! I think it could be done if someone had startup money, an entrepreneurial spirit, and time. The shower drain goes to a separate outlet into the greywater tank. The whole thing fit in the corner that was otherwise not very usable because of the angle of the slant wall. It would have been a real pain to have to cut under the bottom skin to mount a blackwater tank. Oh, I also bought one of those blue tanks with wheels to use for extra storage and transfer to the dump station when needed.... The whole point of that is to minimize stuff hanging under the trailer. It is bad enough just having an outlet with a valve. There were a couple of camping/riding places where I went this year that would have caused me to rip an under-floor tank right off the trailer..
