[RC] Horses & bikes on the trail... what to do??? - Tx Trigger

The point is D'Arcy, horses have a brain of their own, cars do not. Horses
are a thinking creature, that CAN make it's own decisions at times. Bringing
up that fact to non-horse owners, and putting a negative opinion on horses,
opens us (horse users) up to people suggesting they not share trails with
us. My suggestion was to only reword a sentence or two of the well written
article, to not put negativity in other users minds from the get go. We
don't want them to feel horses are dangerous, unpredictable etc. I
personally feel that all users of trails need to work together to find the
best solutions to being able to coexist. And that might even mean some folks
TRAIN their horses about bikes, people pushing strollers etc.... Imagine
that....

Counter arguement to this statement:

"Hey when is the last time you have seen someone on a
horse loose control of their horse and run them into
someone's living room?" Recalling an incident on the
news last week when someone lost control of their car
and ran it inside someone's house! :( Point being
cars are dangerous and should be banned! LOL!
