Re: [RC] Heated Water - kstandeferI have an electric, tankless water heater for my barn that is about the size of a notebook. It will heat water to run a sink, the washing machine and the wash rack all at the same time. It does need a minimum of water flow (not home, so I can't get the details). It can be adjusted for GPM in and out. I love it as I can wash my horses even in the winter and not have to worry about water running out. If I recall, the price was $387. It is probably overkill for one point of service (I intended to use it for 3) and you can probably get something from the same place for only one point. however, the GPM was what I wanted on this one as well. One downside to this particular model (they have several, so you could get something different) is that it requres 2 40amp and runs on 240 volt. http://www.eemaxinc.com/ I've had several tankless water heaters and I really like the eeMax best by far if you're going to mount it permanently.
